Unfortunately, no. September 22nd, 2026 is a firm deadline. (1 month away from celebrating!!!) If we don't receive a response by then, we'll assume that you're kindly declining. We have to turn in final numbers of guests, which impacts the quantities of food and beverage that are supplied for the event as well as the number of actual seats provided at both the ceremony and reception. If you can't make it, we hope we can celebrate with you at a later time!RSVP via our Zola website. Wanting to keep the guest list to those who know us well and our desire to spend the day with the most special people in our lives, please refer to your RSVP account on Zola by entering your name. There, you will learn if we've been able to accommodate with a plus one or not.
Our preference for plus ones are guests that are married, cohabiting, or someone that knows either the bride or groom.
If you have any questions, just ask! Email alaysiaandkevin@gmail.com and someone in the bridal party will be able to check for you.
To allow all guests a night of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion with the exception of a few teenage niece and nephews.
If you are experiencing any illness or symptoms, for the health and safety of the couple and other guests we kindly ask that you celebrate with us from afar. We encourage you to prioritize your health over attendance but also consider that some guests may have underlying health conditions.
Please change your RSVP and let us know if you are unable to make it!

On the Travel & Stay page, we've listed hotels with room blocks. Please book your stay by September 21st to guarantee a room in our block. There are direct links to booking or in the case that you call, mention the "Jordan & Poles" wedding to receive the reduced rate.
There is also a map with several pinned 3-star and up hotels within a 25 minute radius of Avanti Mansion in case rooms blocked are taken.
If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway, "Jordan & Poles Wedding Room Block"—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block.
If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.
No. We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. Our ceremony and reception will take place at the same location.

Professional photographers and videographers have been hired to capture the most important part of the day -- allow them do their job, help by keeping the aisle(s) clear to be safe, enjoy the moment, look down the aisle to see friends and family looking back, see each other's emotions, all of us smiling, feeling the love... being present. Feel free to encourage others to put their phones away as well. We'd appreciate it.

For reception, please have fun and take all the photos you'd like.
Instead of physical gifts, we have a honeymoon fund and a first home fund that guests can contribute to through Zola. See our messages about this here https://alaysiajordan.com/alaysia-and-kevin-rsvp#registry or use the direct link to our Zola Account: www.zola.com/registry/alaysiaandkevin which allows you to connect an e-payment account like Venmo or Paypal (no fee options) or using a debit/credit card (fee option). You can also mark your cash gift as a "surprise," which would hide the amount or name until the wedding day.
Additionally, we'll also have a receiving table/card box should you choose to give a physical card/envelope or you can mail a card to the address on the invitation envelope.
**We ask that you not gift us gift cards, especially to big box or chain stores, as we would like to support mom and pop/small businesses instead.
Yes. We don't post on social media often but if you choose to, please tag #PolesPartyOfTwo!The day will be a whirlwind so if you kindly upload your pictures to our photo sharing app (COMING SOON) that'll give us the chance to see your candid photos!

For the quickest response (same day) email AlaysiaAndKevin@gmail.com. For a delayed response (a day or two), text 347-915-7636. In both cases, make sure to include who you are when you reach out. We are trying to separate our personal lives from the event + not be glued to our devices, so we ask that you use these forms of contact instead of our personal numbers.
We also ask that you view/search the FAQs before reaching out. We'll do our best to answer everyone's questions and we'll continue to update it as we get closer to the wedding day.
